At UV DTF Printing, we are committed to providing the best customer service possible. That’s why we have a customer satisfaction guarantee policy that ensures you get the quality you deserve. If you are not satisfied with your print out for any reason, we will reprint it for you at no extra charge let us know as soon as you can, and send us a picture where applicable. We also promise to respond to your inquiries and requests in a timely manner.

Easy Application:
Clean the product you are applying the transfer to make sure its dry and clean of debris.
Peel the transfer off of the backing, ensuring all pieces lift off evenly
Position the transfer and stick it onto the product.
Once the transfer is applied, remove bubbles or wrinkles with firm pressure using your fingers or a credit card edge.
Once smoothed, apply pressure using your fingers to adhere evenly.
Finally, peel off the leftover clear layer ontop of your design.
Note: If the transfer pulls up with the clear layer, push it back down and firmly press it back into place before trying to remove the clear layer.

UV DTF allow for brightly coloured designs with a glossy finish. These prints work like a decal but without the limitations in color or the need to weed excess material. This innovative technique eliminates the need for pretreating and allows for application on a wide range of mediums. Most popular for items such as mugs and tumblers, these UV DTF transfers make personalizing items easier than ever.

Color:              CMYK   (About PMS / Pantone: The DTF printing is not like Screen printing which uses PMS/Pantone ink. The use of any PMS colours may result in an unwanted colour shift and other unexpected results. Please do not use any PMS colours in your file. The only accepted colour mode for CML Printing is CMYK.) 100% color matches are not guaranteed.

* Remove backgrounds as needed.  Any white pixels will print out with white ink.

CML Printing offers convenient turnaround options to ensure your orders are produced as soon as you need them. Turnaround times begin once the artwork proof has been preflighted and approved for production. All turnaround times are production times and do not include weekend holidays and shipping time.

Turnaround times are estimates; unforeseen technical issues may result in production delays.

Note:

for best results artwork should be submited in a PNG format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. The higher the dpi, the more vibrant and defined the colors will be. Additionally, create files in the CMYK color profile for more accurate colors. However, it is important to note that exact color matching is not provided. Utilizing a transparent background in the design can also enhance the final product.

When gang printing, it is important to not mirror the images and to leave enough space between logos. This allows for an endless range of printed colors and makes DTF printing a perfect choice for color blends and gradients. Make sure to check for translucent sections, feathered edges and fine lines since these will likely not adhere as intended. If necessary, conduct tests to gauge comfort level with these elements. Double check that files are correct, we do not make any edits to spelling, colors, placement etc, check for translucent sections, feathered edges and fine lines as these may lead to unanticipated results. recommended minimum width is 5px anything below may not adhere.
