If you are not satisfied with your print out for any reason, we will reprint it for you at no extra charge let us know as soon as you can, and send us a picture where applicable. We also promise to respond to your inquiries and requests in a timely manner.

Easy Application
Clean the product you are applying the transfer to thoroughly.
Peel the transfer off of the white backing, ensuring all pieces lift off evenly
Position the transfer and stick it onto the product.
Once the transfer is applied, remove bubbles or wrinkles with firm pressure using your fingers or a credit card edge.
After you smoothed the transfer out, apply pressure using your fingers to adhere evenly.
Finally, peel off the clear layer on the front of your design diagonally.
Note: If the transfer pulls up with the clear layer, push it back down and firmly press it back into place before trying to remove the clear layer.

Direct to Film (DTF) Printing is a cutting-edge technology that seamlessly integrates a heat transfer element with a direct-to-film printer to bring your designs to life. The process of DTF printing involves printing an artwork onto a special film, which is then transferred onto fabric or other textiles using a heat press and a powder adhesive. This innovative technique eliminates the need for pretreating and allows for a wide range of mediums to be used, such as shirts, polyester jackets, and treated leather.

Color:              CMYK   (About PMS / Pantone: The DTF printing is not like Screen printing which uses PMS/Pantone ink. The use of any PMS colours may result in an unwanted colour shift and other unexpected results. Please do not use any PMS colours in your file. The only accepted colour mode for CML Printing is CMYK.) 100% color matches are not guaranteed.

To ensure a successful DTF printing experience, it is important to follow these steps:

1. Create your artwork – Submit files in PNG format with at least 300 ppi for better color vibrancy and definition. Use CMYK color profile for optimal results.
2. Use CMYK + White inks – This combination provides a wider range of colors, making it the perfect choice for color blends and gradients.
3. Consider transparency – Utilize transparency in your design to enhance your overall look. We will not remove it from your files.
4. Gang your image together – Group your images together for a more efficient printing process but make sure that there is adequate space between artwork
5. Avoid mirroring – Do not mirror your images.
6. Leave enough space – Leave sufficient space between logos to separate them for better definition.
7. Proof Artwork – Double check that files are correct, we do not make any edits to spelling, colors, placement etc, check for translucent sections, feathered edges and fine lines as these may lead to unanticipated results
8. Prepare for heat press or iron-on – The finished product will have a smooth finish with a medium hand feel, making it suitable for both heat press and iron-on transfers.
9. Cold peel release – After curing the powder, simply peel off the film when it’s cold to reveal your final design.
10. Enjoy the benefits – With its long durability, high stretchability, and wash fastness, your DTF print will last for years to come.

CML Printing offers convenient turnaround options to ensure your orders are produced as soon as you need them. Turnaround times begin once the artwork proof has been preflighted and approved for production. All turnaround times are production times and do not include weekend holidays and shipping time.

Turnaround times are estimates; unforeseen technical issues may result in production delays.

To achieve a successful DTF print, one must first create their artwork and submit it in a PNG format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. The higher the dpi, the more vibrant and defined the colors will be. Additionally, it is recommended to create the files in the CMYK color profile and have them printed using CMYK and white inks. However, it is important to note that exact color matching is not provided. Utilizing a transparent background in the design can also enhance the final product.

When gang printing, it is important to not mirror the images and to leave enough space between logos. This allows for an endless range of printed colors and makes DTF printing a perfect choice for color blends and gradients. Make sure to check for translucent sections, feathered edges and fine lines since these will likely not adhere as intended. If necessary, conduct tests to gauge comfort level with these elements. Double check that files are correct, we do not make any edits to spelling, colors, placement etc, check for translucent sections, feathered edges and fine lines as these may lead to unanticipated results. recommended minimum width is 5px anything below may not adhere. 

Regarding turnaround time, orders can be completed within 3-4 business days, 1-2 business days, or even same-day (6 hours, weekdays only). All orders must be ganged, and failure to do so may result in an extra charge ranging from $25-$50. Full payment must be received before the images can be printed. It is important to note that the same-day option is only available during the week, from Monday to Friday, and is not available on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
