DTF Gang Sheet 22×96

DTF Gang Sheets are the perfect way to make every cent count. These 8ft long sheets provide the most area to fit project big and small. These sheets will arrive to you ready to press. Simply cut the film to seperate the designs and press. Application typically takes 15-30 seconds with a heatpress or household iron but may vary depending on equipment. We recommend using prints once you recieve them otherwise store them in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

Most design or photo editing programs will work when creating files. Make sure that there is ample room between images for easy cutting and double check that there is no unwanted elements such as overlaping designs or pixels. For best results, gang sheet files should be:

resolution – 300dpi or higher

size: 22inches x 96 inches

File type – PNG (prefered), PDF, SVG, EPS

Color – CMYK+White

note – all non transparent pixels will be printes, remove unwanted backgrounds before submitting

How to remove the image's background

The DTF Film Print uses the CMYK+White to print on the film.

The JPG format image has white background. It will show on you print out film if we donot remove it.

The logo below is JPG format image. It has white background around.

So. We need remove the background around the image and keep the white part inside.

if you are going to apply it on whtie or light color t-shirt . It may better result if you can remove all white color part.

The sample below shows the result after remove the white color around the image outside and apply on the dark t shirt.
